2026 Crack Sealing

Sealed proposals are being accepted for the construction of the 2026 Crack Sealing project by the Village of Inglewood. The work involves crack sealing approximately 32,500 linear feet of cracks on concrete and asphalt pavement within the Village. The site is available for inspection. Proposals must be submitted based on unit prices as an aggregate bid. All proposals must be made on blanks provided by the Engineer. Contract documents are available for examination at the Village of Inglewood. Digital project bidding documents can be requested at no cost by emailing info@villageofinglewood.net. It is essential that the contract documents are issued directly by the Village to the bidder in order to bid on the project. Each bid must include bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the maximum bid price, in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check. Bids without the required bid security will not be considered. The successful bidder's security will be returned upon signing and approval of the contract, while the security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after their bids are rejected. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards based on the best interest of the Owner, including the right to reject any or all bids.
