Separate sealed bids for the 2025 Home Sewage Treatment System Replacement Project will be accepted no later than Friday, September 11, 2026 at 1:30 pm, Ohio time, in the office of the Medina County Sanitary Engineer, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.All bids must be completed on forms provided by the Medina County Health Department and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked The 2025 Home Sewage Treatment System Replacement Project, at the time and date set forth above.Specifications and contract documents can be obtained free of charge from the Medina County Sanitary Engineer web page at: https://www.medinaco.org/sanitary. The estimated construction cost for this project is $150,000.00.Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, payable to the Medina County Health Department in an approved form. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.The Medina County Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and best bidder.This notice may be viewed on the Medina County website at www.medinaco.org or www.medinahealth.org.
