FY2026 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program Improvements to F Street

This notice announces that sealed bid packets will be received by the Municipal Clerk for the Borough of Seaside Park on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid packets will be publicly unsealed at the Borough of Seaside Park Municipal Building. The project involves roadway milling, grading, and paving; storm drainage improvements; driveway, sidewalk, and curb reconstruction; SESC; roadway striping; and yard restoration, among other necessary work. All work must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.Contract documents and plans are available at the T&M Associates Office in Toms River and can be inspected during business hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.Bidders will receive a copy of the contract documents upon proper notice and a non-refundable payment of $100.00 made out to T&M Associates.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and project name, addressed to the Borough of Seaside Park, Jenna Jankowski, Municipal Clerk. Bids must include a Statement of Consent of Surety and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for at least 10% of the total bid price, not exceeding $20,000.00. A Performance and Payment Bond for the full project amount is required upon award.The contract will not be awarded until the necessary funds are provided by the Borough. The project is partially funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Vendors currently suspended or disqualified are excluded from participation.The successful bidder must comply with all statutory requirements outlined in the contract documents, including affirmative action and prevailing wage requirements. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids as permitted by law.
