UH Replace N. Penthouse AHU's - Phase 1

Scope of work is to provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of air handling units BL-4, BL-5, BL-14 and BL-26 located in the North wing penthouse of University Hospital. Scope of work also includes the addition of a steam to glycol hot water heat exchanger within the North penthouse to serve existing preheat and reheat coils associated with air handling units scheduled to be replaced, as well as future heating loads within the North penthouse that will transition from steam to hot water. The work will be phased to ensure minimal downtime of conditioned air to hospital spaces.
