The Idaho Transportation Department is seeking sealed bids for Project No. FM22701 D2 Lab Heating Upgrades Re-Bid. Bids will be accepted at the Idaho Transportation Department located at 3311 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho 83703, until 12:59:59 p.m. local time on Friday, September 4th, 2026. A public bid opening will occur at the Idaho Transportation Department immediately following the closing time for bid submissions. All bidders and interested parties are encouraged to attend the bid opening.The project involves replacing two chilled water pumps, two heating water pumps, replacing the AHU control valve, adding primary boiler pumps to the existing boiler system, and updating the control sequences of operation.A pre-bid conference will be held virtually on Wednesday, August 26th, at 2:00 PM (MST). Interested participants should email Alex Plew at alex.plew@itd.idaho.gov to attend.Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check amounting to 5% of the total bid, including any add alternates.
