HCC ACEC Auditorium Upgrade

Heartland Community College District #540 is seeking sealed bids for upgrades to the Astroth Community Education Center (ACEC) Auditorium located at 1500 West Raab Road, Community Commons Building (CCB) Room 2100, Business Office, Normal, IL 61761. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and will be publicly opened in CCB Room 2012 immediately after the submission deadline. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25 at 2:00 p.m. in ACEC 2100. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required for this project. The Issuing Office for the Bid Documents is Farnsworth Group, Inc., reachable at (309) 663-8435. Bid documents will be available online through an electronic bidding site managed by Farnsworth Group, Inc. Access to the documents can be obtained after 2:00 p.m. central by visiting www.f-w.com and selecting the project bid list link at the bottom of the page.
