Shuttle Operational Services

The City of San Clemente, California is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed transportation contractors to submit a proposal to provide shuttle operational services beginning October 19, 2026. The City has received grant funds from Clean Mobility Options (CMO) to provide the shuttle services. The City intends to award an agreement for an initial four-year term, anticipated to commence on October 6, 2026 and extend through October 6, 2030. At the City's sole discretion and subject to mutual agreement between the City and Contractor, the Agreement may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, for a potential maximum agreement term of six (6) years.
