The City of Warner Robins (“City”) is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of two (2) new mini excavators. The equipment must feature an open cab design, a 16"–18" bucket with teeth, a 20–30 horsepower diesel engine, a minimum 10-foot digging depth, rubber tracks, a leveling blade, work lights, and four keys. This equipment will support ongoing maintenance and operational needs.   Equipment specifications and bid requirements are included in Attachment #1 (26-U-4802 Mini Excavator_ITB).   Bids will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET).   Potential bidders are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by September 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET).   Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
