Fleet Fueling System

The City of Johnstown is seeking sealed design and build bids for a fleet fueling system located at 419, 6 Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15906. Bids will be accepted until 1 PM local time on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Johnstown City Hall, 401 Main Street, Johnstown, PA 15901, where all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bidders must ensure their envelopes are marked as 'Bid for COJ Fueling System'. Each bid must include either a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount from a satisfactory surety or a certified check or letter of credit from a solvent bank for the same amount in favor of the City of Johnstown. Additionally, bid bonds should be accompanied by proof of authority from the official or agent signing the bond. A non-mandatory site survey will take place at the project site on Monday, August 28, at 2 PM local time. Bidders are reminded to adhere to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, regulatory requirements, insurance requirements, and equal opportunity provisions. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within sixty (60) days following the bid opening date.
