Vehicle Bid

The Housing Authority of the Town of Harrison is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a new 2027 Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Northstar Edition Premium or equivalent. Bids must be submitted by September 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Bidders should ensure their submission is received by the specified deadline, as late bids will not be considered. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days after the submission deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The successful bidder will need to execute the Housing Authority's contract within seven days of the award. The Invitation for Bids can be requested via email from the Housing Authority's Executive Director, Raymond Lucas, at rlucas@harrisonhousing.com. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled 'Vehicle Bid' and include the bidder's company name and return address.
