Construction of a New Fire Station

Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the City of Waverly, Nebraska and the Waverly Suburban Fire District for the construction of a new fire station located at 9810 N. 135th St., Waverly, NE 68462. Bids are due before 2:00 PM local standard time on September 10th, 2026.The project consists of the construction of a new Fire Station utilizing a combination of conventional framing and pre-engineered metal building. The facility totals approximately 21,000 square feet on the ground level with an additional second level of approximately 3,200 square feet and a mezzanine level of approximately 1,700 square feet. Interior spaces include apparatus bays, equipment storage and training areas, office space, meeting rooms, living quarters, and necessary support spaces. Exterior finishes include pre-finished metal wall panels, brick veneer, pre-finished standing seam metal roof panels and membrane roofing. All required site, building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications work shall be included under this contract.A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on August 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM located at 14130 Lancashire St, Waverly, NE 68462. All General Contractors planning to submit a bid are invited to attend.Bids will be received at the office of the owner located at 14130 Lancashire St, Waverly, NE 684062. Bids are due on September 10th, 2026.
