TAP-0025-(350)   NDOT AGMT No. PR499-24-063   ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $ 780,000.00   PROJECT TYPE This project is deemed a horizontal construction project.   SUMMARY The North Lompa Lane Multi-Use Path Extension project aims to complete a portion of the city’s multi-use path network that connects Modoc Court to US 50 while also widening a section of the sidewalk on the south side of US 50 from the I-580 interchange to Lompa Lane.   PRE-BID MEETING This project will not conduct a pre-bid meeting.   FUNDING This project is federally funded by the FHWA through the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) under an LPA agreement with NDOT.   BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA ACT This project is subject to BABAA requirements.   DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL This project has no DBE goal.   ON-THE-JOB TRAINING GOAL This project has no On-the-Job Training (OJT) goal.   QUESTIONS Questions may only be submitted via NGEM.
