NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDSPowerhouse Window Replacement Project2026-IFB-011 The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or IFB) from qualified vendors capable of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide complete window replacement in accordance with project specifications. Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include shipping and taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed. The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman.Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 6:00 pm, Arizona time, on Monday, September 14, 2026. Bids are due by 6:00 pm, Arizona time, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein.
