Fields Ave Boiler Replacement

The Fields Avenue boiler system has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement to ensure continued, reliable heating service for the facility. Due to the age and condition of the existing boilers, the risk of equipment failure has increased, creating the potential for significant heating outages during the winter months. A boiler failure could disrupt facility operations, impact occupant comfort, and result in costly emergency repairs. Replacing the boilers proactively will improve system reliability, enhance energy efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure the facility can continue to operate safely and effectively.
