**Opportunity Description:** Sound Transit is seeking contractors for the Issaquah Elevator Pit Water Intrusion Mitigation project (CN 0177-25). The work includes installing a new curtain wall system at the northwest corner of the elevator shaft to prevent water intrusion, and installing a sump pump system in the elevator pit for automatic water removal. Additional repairs involve roof work, replacement of both interior and exterior panels for the elevator shaft, waterproofing, the installation of a pedestrian cable barrier, relocation of CCTV cameras and lights, relocation of artwork, and painting.
