Lakefront Lodge Interior Renovation

Sealed bids are being accepted for the Lakefront Lodge Interior Renovation project. Bids must be submitted to the Lake Metroparks Administrative Offices located at 11211 Spear Road, Concord Township, Ohio 44077 by 2:00 P.M. local time on September 8, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened, read, and recorded. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at 30525 Lake Shore Boulevard, Willowick, Ohio 44095. Bidders are required to ensure that their bids meet the prevailing wage threshold. Each bid of $75,000 or greater must include a Bid Guarantee in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to 'Lake Metroparks' for 10% of the bid amount, or a Bid Guarantee and Performance Bond for the full bid amount as specified in the Ohio Revised Code. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Bid Number and Project Title. No bid may be withdrawn before sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening Date. Bid guarantees from unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately after a proper contract is entered into or all bids are rejected. The successful bidder must file a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond at the time of contract execution. The Board intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder whose bid complies with the requirements and does not exceed the available funds for the project. The Board reserves the right to accept separate bids on various items, accept any combination of bids, reject any or all bids, and waive any technical deficiencies or irregularities.
