Commercial Floor Replacement for Licking County Justice Center

All bids must comply with the bond requirements specified in Section 153.54 and 307.88 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, or to reject all proposals and re-advertise if deemed necessary. If bids are obtained from the website, a bidder receipt must be submitted to the Licking County Commissioners Office to facilitate the sending of updates or corrections to the bid documents.
