Forest View Drive Bridge Replacement Project

The City of Warson Woods, Missouri, is seeking sealed bids for the Forest View Drive Bridge Replacement Project through QuestCDN's vBid service until 2:30 PM (CST) on September 23, 2026. Bids will be opened virtually at the same time. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Shive-Hattery Plan QuestCDN Room or at www.QuestCDN.com using Quest Number 10321098, free of charge. Registration as a plan holder is necessary for receiving addenda notifications and bid updates. The work involves providing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor for the bridge replacement, including PCC roadway, structural bridge deck, drainage improvements, and related appurtenances. Bidders must comply with Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) contractor requirements at least seven days before the bid opening. A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required from the successful bidder. The project is expected to be awarded on September 29, 2026, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after submission. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated on or about September 30, 2026. All labor must meet the prevailing wage rates as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor or Missouri Division of Labor Standards, whichever is higher. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is set at 0%, with no trainee hours required. The City encourages bids from businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and ensures no discrimination based on race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin. Bidders are required to review all bidding documents and submit a properly executed bid with all necessary forms; incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
