Fire Administration Restrooms/Central Plant Modernization

The City of Las Vegas (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the modernization of the central plant and restrooms at Fire Administration/Fire Station #1 located at 500 South Casino Center Boulevard. Estimated Project Cost: $5,000,000 Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin January 2027 and construction is anticipated to begin July 2027, with estimated completion January 2028.
