Separate sealed bids are being requested for the Sequatchie County Connected Communities Building for Bathroom Renovations located at 103 Heard St., Dunlap, TN 37327. After this time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders can examine the Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents at the office of Farmer Morgan located at 3143 Main Street, Pikeville, TN 37367. Copies of the bid documents can be obtained at the office of Keith Cartwright located at 22 Cherry St., Dunlap, TN 37327 for a payment of $100.00 for each set. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
