North Manor Plumbing Renovations

The Connellsville Housing Authority is seeking sealed bids for the North Manor Plumbing Renovations project. This project involves a complete replacement of the plumbing systems for 100 apartment units, which includes replacing all domestic water supply and sanitary drain piping, as well as installing new plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and kitchen faucets. To access the plumbing and electrical systems, existing wallboard will be removed, and new wallboard will be installed upon completion of the plumbing work. Additional improvements include flooring replacement, window infilling, and electrical upgrades. The project will be executed through separate contracts for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction.A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Connellsville Housing Authority's offices. Attendance is strongly recommended for all prospective bidders.Bidders must submit their bids to the Connellsville Housing Authority by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the project title, contract number, and submission date. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the bid amount.For additional information, contractors can contact Gina Salatino at (724) 628-4500 ext. 5 to arrange a site visit. Bidding documents can be purchased from the architect, Sleighter Design, for $125.00 for hard copies or $25.00 for digital copies, with additional fees for mailing.
