Construction Management Services for David C. McCollom Water Treatment Plant Membrane Basin Rehabilitation Program

The Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD) is requesting proposals from firms withqualified staff and experience in construction management (CM) and inspection servicesfor the David C. McCollom Water Treatment Plant (DCMWTP) Membrane BasinRehabilitation Project. The program includes phased rehabilitation of membrane basinsover a 6-year period, while maintaining active plant operations. Due to the operationalcomplexity of the work, OMWD is seeking firms with demonstrated experience providingconstruction management services for improvements at operating water treatmentfacilities, including outage planning, sequencing, shutdown coordination, commissioning,and Contractor coordination. It is important to OMWD that firms have an established localoffice and experience as a CM with the maintenance of operations at existing watertreatment plants.
