Award: Award, if made, will be made to the respondent whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, considering price and the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. The City will not respond to questions submitted by email, fax, or telephone. City Rights: The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities or irregularities as permitted by law, request clarifications, conduct discussions or negotiations, and take any other action permitted by the solicitation and applicable law. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal exceeding available funding or to determine that such proposal is not eligible for further evaluation. The City may also negotiate scope modifications in accordance with Chapter 2269 to achieve a contract within available funding.
