HVAC Replacement in the Visitor's Center

Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to replace one of  the three  heat pump systems in the Visitor's Center old section, bldg 14, 10115 Mackall Road, as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled "HVAC Replacement in the Visitor's Center" and Invitation for Bid Form.  Preference is given to Certified Small Business and Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises.  Also included the "Bid/Proposal Affidavit" (attachment 1), "Conflict of interest Affidavit and Disclosure" (attachment 2), And a sample contract (attachment 3), A No Reply Form (attachment 4). A MANDATORY perbid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026, at 10:00 am. Any bid received from offerors who did not attend the prebid meeting will not be accepted.
