*** THIS IS NOT A BID *** The description of services intended for purchase from a single source is posted in accordance with section 3.9, Procurement Ordinance 25-11, and will be posted for a minimum of 15 business days. Commodity or Service Required: Purchase of KwikTag support & maintenance Description: Lee County Innovation & Technology seeks to execute a single-source procurement for support & maintenance of the proprietary document management and workflow automation solution that provides document capture, workflow automation, intelligent OCR, AP automation, and deep-native integration for Microsoft Dynamic ERP platforms. The software is used to streamline invoice capture, reduce manual entry, and enable audit-ready document storage. Intended Single Source: Paymerang LLC Justification for Single Source Acquisition: Paymerang LLC is the sole owner of the KwikTag platform, which can only be provided by Paymerang LLC or its authorized channel partners. No other vendor has rights to distribute, support, or modify KwikTag. No other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. KwikTag offers unique integration capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics platforms that are not available through alternative products or vendors. FAR 6.302-1 permits single-source acquisition where only one vendor can meet agency requirements. Procuring alternative document management software from another source would result in unacceptable delays and potential incompatibility with our existing ERP environment. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason(s) stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the single-source procurement method to purchase from Paymerang LLC to supply the above.
