Interior Addition Renovations at 128 Woods Road

ADTI Housing Corp. is seeking sealed bids for the interior addition renovations at 128 Woods Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted by Thursday, September 17, 2026, no later than 11:00 AM. Late bids will not be considered. The bids will be reviewed by the Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager, and an award will be made to the lowest qualified responsible bidder. All bids will be valid for 90 days from receipt. This project is funded by NJHMFA, and work cannot commence until funding is secured.A pre-bid meeting will be held at the job site on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM.Bidders may need to provide bid and/or performance bonds as required by the owner, which will be treated as a reimbursable expense. The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance coverage and a current General Contractor's License. Prequalification is required before the contract award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the organization and may waive any informalities in the bids received.The bid package can be obtained via email at mpm@adgarchitects.com in PDF format starting August 24, 2026. Hard copies must be ordered in advance. Instructions for submitting bids will be provided in the bid package.
