Installation and Testing of a Test Well

The Borough of Rocky Hill is seeking bids for the construction of a project that involves drilling and testing a test well located at 1 Young Drive, Rocky Hill, New Jersey. This well will serve as a backup for the current Well #2 on the property. The contract includes drilling by a master well driller, installation of a temporary pump, a 4-hour step draw down test, and a 72-hour water quantity test. Additionally, water samples will be taken to meet NJDEP drinking water standards.Bids will be accepted at the Borough Engineer's office located at 49 East Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822, until September 17, 2026, at 11 AM local time. At this time, all bids will be publicly opened and read.Prospective bidders can examine the bidding documents at the Issuing Office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Bidders can obtain copies of the bidding documents for a fee of $50.00 per set, payable to Martucci Engineering LLC. The cost does not include shipping charges. Bidding documents will be sent via the bidder's delivery service upon receipt of payment.This project is subject to the Build America Buy America Act requirements, and all bidders must comply with federal requirements and provisions for construction contracts.
