Interior Renovations and Alterations in Kitchen

The Garfield Boys and Girls Club is seeking sealed proposals for the interior renovations and alterations in the kitchen located at 490 Midland Avenue, City of Garfield, NJ 07026. Proposals will be received and publicly opened on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. All work must be completed in accordance with the provided project documents. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Garfield Boys and Girls Club. Attendance is strongly recommended for bidders to familiarize themselves with the project. Bidders must submit their proposals in duplicate, enclosed in sealed envelopes, and include a Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond for at least 10% of the bid amount. Bids must be submitted by the specified time and date. To obtain bidding documents, bidders should email Dan Dressel at Ddarchitects@aol.com at least 24 hours in advance. Electronic copies of the documents are available for $50.00, while hard copies can be picked up in person for $100.00, payable by money order or certified check. Bidders must comply with New Jersey laws regarding business authorization, equal employment opportunity, and prevailing wage requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
