Marion County SR 95/98 Pump Station Rehabilitation Project

Sealed bids are being accepted at the Marion County Commissioner's Office for the Marion County SR 95/98 Pump Station Rehabilitation Project until 9:15am on September 17, 2026. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided in the Contract Documents and should include the full name and address of the bidder. All bids must be sealed and clearly labeled as 'SEALED BID FOR MARION COUNTY SD7 MARION SOUTH PUMP STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT'. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security, which can be a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check for 10% of the bid amount. Additionally, a one-year Performance Bond for 100% of the total project cost is required and may be submitted with the Bid Proposal. Contractors can purchase and download electronic plans and bid documents from the KEM Web Site at https://kemccartney.com/project-bids/. For hard copies, a payment of $50.00 per set is required, along with a UPS or FedEx account number for shipping. Checks should be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents will become the property of the bidder without any refunds. The project must be completed by March 19, 2027. This contract adheres to Ohio prevailing wage laws. Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $174,800.00. Domestic steel use requirements as per Ohio Revised Code §153.011 apply. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days post-opening, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Marion County Board of Commissioners, who reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
