Prevailing Wage and Project Labor Agreement This a multi-year project and consists of: - Chiller #1&2 Replacement- Hatch Site Work for Plant access- CHW Pump Replacements- Chiller #1&2 Condenser Tube Cleaning System- Inverted Loop Waterproofing- Various Ancillary Scopes and Add Alternates Scopes of work include but not limited to: Select Demo, Concrete, Millwright/Rigging Systems, Structural Steel, Wood Framing Turnkey, Damp & Waterproofing, Roofing, Fireproofing, Firestopping, Joint Sealants / Caulking, Tile, Painting HVAC, Electrical and Exterior Improvements.
