Washington County FCC Roof

Washington County is inviting sealed bids for the re-roofing of the Washington County Family Courts Center. Bids must be mailed or delivered to the Office of the County Controller at 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, PA 15301, before 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026. Each bid submission should include one unbound, unstapled original and three copies. Bids will be opened at the specified time, and the names and pricing will be read aloud. Late submissions will not be accepted.Interested bidders must be fully qualified, experienced, and insured in completing similar projects. To receive the bid documents and drawings package, interested parties should contact the Washington County Purchasing Team via email at randy.vankirk@washcopa.gov or dalton.thompson@washcopa.gov in a single correspondence. It is the responsibility of vendors receiving the documents to check for any contract changes and addenda. Updates and notices will be available on the Washington County website at www.washingtoncopa.gov/purchasing.Bids must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. Bidders should submit their bids along with a security deposit in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond as specified in the bid documents. Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.Requests for information or clarification must be submitted in writing to the Washington County Project Team by September 8th, 2026. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or by phone. Responses to requests for information will be provided in a timely manner. A pre-bid meeting may be arranged with the project engineer.Bids must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days following the bid opening.
