CMAR Owens Avenue Interceptor Phase 1 & 2

The City of Las Vegas (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the Owens Avenue Interceptor Ph 1 & 2 Project (“Project”).  Project is approximately 3 miles of 72-78" sewer interceptor, 2.5 miles of approx. 15'x12' RCB, utility relocations, and roadway elements including pedestrian and traffic signal upgrades. Estimated Project Cost: Phase 1 $88 million, Phase 2 $95 million Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services for both phases are anticipated to begin November 2027 to Q3 2030 and construction is anticipated to begin Q2 2028, with estimated completionQ2 2030   Persons with a disability may request accommodations or assistance to participate in the solicitation process by contacting Purchasing & Contracts at 702-229-6231 or 7-1-1 (TTY).
