The City of Warner Robins (“City”) is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of two (2) new, fully assembled, operational single-axle dump trucks meeting or exceeding the minimum specifications contained herein.   Vehicle specifications and bid requirements are provided in Attachment #1 (26-U-4800 Two Single Axle Dump Trucks_ITB).    Bids will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET).  Bids submitted via mail, hand delivery, fax, or any alternative method will not be accepted.   Potential bidders are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by September 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET).   Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
