RFP 2027-001 On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Bloomfield, New Mexico is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional on-call engineering services for City facilities and infrastructure. Each firm must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing the types of services described in this Request for Proposals.The City intends to award contracts to three to five (3-5) qualified firms to perform engineering services on an on-call basis. Services will be authorized through individual work orders or task orders containing a defined scope of work. The period of performance for each resulting agreement shall commence on the date of final award and shall terminate upon the earlier of: (a) One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty (1,460) calendar days after the date of final award; or (b) the date on which the aggregate amount obligated under the agreement, including all work orders and task orders, reaches two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), whichever occurs first.
