Construction of New Service Center

The Howard Greeley Rural Public Power District is looking to hire a general contractor for the construction of a new service center located at 1410 U.S. 281, St. Paul, NE 68873. This facility will be a pre-engineered metal building that includes an enclosed truck parking area, warehouse, and office space. The building will feature utilities such as a contractor-provided water well, a sewer septic system, a natural gas fired boiler for radiant floor heating, supplemental natural gas boilers, HVAC systems for the office, a fire sprinkler system with storage tanks and a fire pump, a compressed air system, and LED lighting throughout. The site is a greenfield area that will require fill to elevate the building pad and create space for driveways and roads. Additional project details can be found in the project drawings and specifications. A virtual pre-bid meeting is set for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25th. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22nd. Bidders should submit their proposals electronically as outlined in the project manual, specifically in the instructions to bidders section.
