Leesville Lake Dublin Road Improvements

Sealed bids are invited by the Board of Directors of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District for the Leesville Lake – Dublin Road Improvements project. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on September 3, 2026, at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District Engineering Services office located at 2050 Reiser Ave. SE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding Documents are available for viewing at the MWCD Engineering Services office. To obtain the Bidding Documents, bidders can contact AA Blueprint at 2757 Gilchrist Road, Akron, Ohio 44305, or call 1-800-821-3700, or visit www.aaplanroom.com. There is a fee of $70.00 for the documents, plus any applicable UPS shipping and handling charges. Please note that the payment should be made to AA Blueprint, and the documents are non-returnable. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to Jeff Yohe at MWCD via email at jyohe@mwcd.org by 12:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026. Each bidder is required to include a security deposit with their bid, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be held for a maximum of 60 days after the opening date, and the MWCD reserves the right to award the contract at any time during this period. The project will adhere to the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Carroll County, which can be accessed through the Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance website. The MWCD retains the right to reject any and all bids, and to make adjustments to the bid items as necessary, including awarding to the lowest responsible bidder. The MWCD also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
