Procurement of Items for the Year 2027

Sealed bids are being accepted by the City of Clyde, located in Sandusky County, Ohio. Bids will be received in the Office of the City Manager at the Clyde Municipal Building, 222 North Main Street, Clyde, Ohio, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the deadline. The items to be procured include Diesel Fuel (Off Highway), Hydrated Lime, Liquid Aluminum Sulfate (Alum), and Liquid Ferric Chloride. Each bid must be submitted separately for each item and should be enclosed in a sealed envelope that is appropriately marked. The envelope must also include the full name of the individual and the company submitting the bid, along with a bond or certified check amounting to 5% of the bid as a guarantee. If a bid is accepted, a contract will be established. Specifications for the items can be obtained from the Office of the City Manager. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received.
