North and West Linden Septic Abatement Phase 2 Project

The City of Parma is seeking sealed bids for the North and West Linden Septic Abatement Phase 2 Project. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. local time on September 16, 2026. Interested parties can view the bidding documents at no cost before deciding to become a plan holder. To become a plan holder, registration with QuestCDN.com is required, and the bidding documents can be downloaded for a fee of $22.00. To submit a bid, you must be a registered plan holder. Each proposal must include the full name of the submitting parties and evidence of experience on similar projects. The project is expected to be completed within 240 days after the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost for the project is $3,000,000. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid invitation number, opening date, and item being bid.
