FY2026-27 Hot Mix Asphalt Repairs

This project consists of the repair of approximately 5,875 square yards asphalt roadway at multiple locations throughout Lake Havasu City in accordance with City’s Specifications using Contractor-supplied Hot Mix Asphalt. The Work shall include, but not be limited to furnishing all labor, supervision, traffic control, Hot Mix Asphalt, related materials, mobilization and demobilization, tools and equipment, testing, insurance, and Workers’ Compensation. The project will also include the removal, lowering, adjustment, and installation of six (6) new screw-type water valve cans, including new concrete collars. Additionally, three (3) existing manholes shall be removed, lowered, adjusted, and reinstalled with new concrete collars. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specified requirements, and shall include the removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement at various locations; saw cutting; grading; preparation and compaction of base material; and placement of a single 3-inch compacted lift of asphalt pavement at: • 2825 Jamaica Blvd. Approximately 325 S.Y. • 1995 Jamaica Blvd. Approximately 325 S.Y. • Palo Verde Blvd N. From Neptune Dr. To Lake Havasu Ave. Approximately 3,200 S.Y. • Oro Grande Blvd From Marshall Dr. To Mockingbird Dr. Approximately 2,025 S.Y.
