ThoughtFarmer Intranet Redesign Services

NYSIF intends to procure ThoughtFarmer Intranet Redesign Services, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses pursuant to Article 15-A or small businesses certified as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses pursuant to Article 3 of the New York State Veterans’ Services Law. The value of the resulting contract from this procurement will not exceed $1,500,000. NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract. Failure to include this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposals from responsible bidders are due September 10, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFQ. Pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel and a prospective bidder during the procurement process.
