USA Southpaw Village Pool Renovation

The University of South Alabama is seeking sealed proposals from qualified bidders for the renovation of the existing 55,000 gallon outdoor pool at the SouthPaw Village Apartment Complex. Bidders are required to hold a pool renovator's license and repair certification from the general contracting board of Alabama.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for September 1st, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST at the existing pool site located at 175 Stadium Drive, Mobile, AL 36608.Bidders must submit proposals using the forms provided by the Architect or Engineer. All bids exceeding the amount set by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be accompanied by evidence of licensing.
