2027 - 2031 Janitorial Services for Day Program Centers in Dutchess and Ulster Counties

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) oversees the Taconic Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) and requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial services at multiple locations in Dutchess and Ulster counties.  Note: This is different than the IFB which was released last week for Offices. This IFB is for the Day Program Centers.  The facilities' used space includes offices, classrooms, corridors, halls, lobbies, reception areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas.  The Contractor must, during the term of this Agreement, perform all janitorial services described and specified in the Scope of Work included in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contractor must service all eight locations included in this IFB. One contract will be awarded.  Prevailing Wages does apply to this contract.  Note: The telephone number for each site has been provided. It is the Bidders responsibility to set up an appointment with each Site Manager for access to the sites to determine the specific requirements in relation to the services to be provided.  Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Paramount Services Group Complete Building Solutions
