Piggush Simoneau Inc., representing the I-KAN Regional Office of Education, is inviting sealed bids for an interior remodel project. The bids are to be submitted to the I-KAN Regional Office of Education located at 1 Stuart Drive, Kankakee, IL 60901. The sealed bids must be delivered by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11th, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud.A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 24th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the I-KAN Regional Office of Education. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond equal to 10% of their bid, which must be from a surety approved and licensed in the State of Illinois.
