The Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA” or the “Authority”) is seeking bids from a qualified licensed contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to remove and replace two (2) water chiller pumps  at Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Terminal St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Responses will be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA” or the “Authority”) through its electronic procurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net until 4:00PM, Monday, September 7. 2026.     The complete invitation to bid including specifications and drawings, and proposal forms will be available through the Authority’s e-bid site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net.
