Request for Qualifications - Consulting and Technical Services for Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant Projects.

The City of DEER PARK is soliciting for professional grant administration and project management services required to undertake any eligible project administered by the State of Texas, TWDB, TDEM, GLO, and professional grant application development for HMA grant programs, to include FMA, FMA Swift Current, BRIC, HMGP, and CDBG-MIT, through Federal grants funded by FEMA. The firm hired shall ensure the City's contractual obligations are met in accordance with Federal and State law, including but not limited to the categories below. Individual task orders will specify which categories apply to a given project.
