National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344, and clearly marked on the outside as 'MEDWAY ELEMENTARY CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID.' Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., local time, on September 11, 2026, after which they will be opened and publicly read.Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Note that prevailing wage rates do not apply, and no bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days following the opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
