UCO-1019 Virtual Bookstore Operations

The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive virtual bookstore operations and related services for participating CUNY colleges. Services are expected to include the sale and distribution of textbooks, course materials, digital content, general merchandise, and other related products through an accessible, user-friendly online platform, as well as integration with applicable University systems and support for students, faculty, and campus administrators. Prospective contractors must demonstrate relevant experience and the operational, technical, and financial capacity necessary to provide virtual bookstore services in a large, multi-campus higher education environment and must satisfy all eligibility, qualification, accessibility, security, and other requirements set forth in the solicitation. Additional information regarding the scope of services, qualifications, revenue and commission requirements, implementation, technology integrations, service levels, and other contractual requirements will be provided in the solicitation documents.
