Traffic Pedestal Poles UTC

1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase Traffic Pedestal Poles to be used as supports for traffic signals and associated equipment along the roadways within the City of Columbus. The proposed contract will be in effect through September 30, 2028. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide and deliver various pedestal support poles, transformer-base poles, bases, anchor bolts and other accessories. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of material as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. 1.2.2 Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. 1.3 For additional information concerning this bid, including procedures on how to submit a proposal, you must go to the City of Columbus Vendor Services web site at https://columbusvendorservices.powerappsportals.com/ and view this bid number.
