City of Baytown - Neighborhood Street Reconstruction of Lantern Park, Dolphin Harbor, Canvasback Cay & Circle Drive Project

This project will entail the reconstruction of the Lantern Park Subdivision, Dolphin Harbor, Canvasback Cay and a portion of Circle Drive. This will include the removal of the existing concrete roadway, subgrade stabilization and replacing the roadways with 6-inch concrete with curbs, 5 foot-wide sidewalks, and driveways. Drainage improvements include the replacement of the storm sewer system along with the replacement of existing inlets and installation of outfalls. The project also includes the replacement of the water lines in the Lantern Park Subdivision, Dolphin Harbor and Canvasback Cay; and pipe bursting of the sanitary sewer lines on Dolphin Harbor and Canvasback Cay. Estimate: $7.5 Million
