2026 GMA Streets Repave

SECTION 00 11 13Advertisement for Bids Sealed bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, September 17, 2026 at City Hall, Covington, Louisiana, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, LA 70433; for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, etc., and performing all work necessary to complete the 2026 GMA STREETS REPAVE, Project No. C0267, for the City of Covington, Louisiana. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:00 P.M. in the City Hall Conference Room, City Hall, Covington, Louisiana. Any bids received after 2:00 P.M. will be returned unopened. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in Highway, Street and Bridge. The work consists of mill and overlay of asphalt pavement with full depth patching.            A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, September 3, 2026.  The meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. at City of Covington, City Hall Conference Room, Covington, Louisiana, 317 N.
